Our story
Staza was founded by a couple with a diverse international background — having lived and worked across countries including Canada, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. We know first-hand what it means to build a life across borders, and to care about a home from a distance.
We combine that international perspective with two things: hands-on experience looking after homes on the Costa Blanca, and the disciplined, long-term mindset of asset management — all carried by a lifelong passion for cycling and sport. We're based in Villajoyosa, on the coast just north of Benidorm, which means we're close to the properties we look after — not managing from afar.
We saw that owners abroad were too often let down: distant managers, poor communication, homes treated as chores rather than valuable assets, and empty calendars in the quieter months. We built Staza to do it properly — the way we'd want our own home looked after.
